1．Application

The chamber is suitable for metal shell, components, electrical components or industrial products’ salt accelerating spray test. YWX/Q series conform to the requirements of GB2423.17, GB2423.19-93, CNS3627, JIS, D0201, 2371, H8502, ISO3768, 3769, 3770, ASTM- B117, B268. It also meets the standards of IEC, MIL, DIN for salt spray test. It has checked by “China electric products acclimatization Test center” and passed.

2. Construction and Features

1.        The chamber’s Internal and external cases are made of molded fiberglass reinforced plastics, featured with weightless, high corrosion-resistant, high intensity, smooth, easy-to-clean and no leakage etc.

2.        The water-tight seal structure can ensure that no salt spray spills out. Dual- blower heating made the inner case’s temperature improved quickly and keeps heat well-proportioned.

3.        The coping’s 110~112℃ angle prevents condensation water dripping on the sample directly.

4.        Spraying Tower is in the bottom’s center.  Nozzle is made of burned quartz, from which the fog it spray are tiny and distributed evenly.

5.        Control system is on case’s upper right side, convenient for users operation. Panel is equipped with power switch, drain switch, transform switch, two PID automatic digital meter, time controllers for run and interval spray timer. And a temperature protector is especially equipped on circuit-board.
