The body of kettle adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and it can manufacture titanium material (TA2), Teflon lining and nickel (Ni6) according to different medium. The stirring shaft adopts anti cauterization stainless steel shaft, which is suitable for stirring of high rotated speed and low viscidity materials. The method of discharging has two methods: up mouth for discharging and low mouth for discharging that can offer user when order. Tentative Autoclave of GSH Equipment with Lift-away Cover
Except for the common functions of reaction kettle, this high pressure kettle has lift-away cover that is convenient for cleaning kettle and reduces labor strength for workers. The heating method adopts nipping heat transfer oil with high precision for temperature control; the motor adopts direct current actuating motor that also can adopt explosion proof motor with frequency conversion timing according to user¡¯s requirements.
