Use method

a.       Open the fixing clamp on the device, get down the condenser, and add enough water into the evaporator. When water level is up to the position of water level glass, stop adding water. Then fix the condenser and the clamp, as well as water inlet and outlet pipe. Then switch on the power. Note: You’d better close down water before beating, in order to short the period of temperature rise’s. when the temperature is up to 80℃, add the cold water. After 3 minutes of So the distilled water is producted .

b.       Before switch on the power, you mush check wether and the power supply is conform to the rated volatage , then grounded.

c.       Natural water must be chemical treated before using.

d.       The condenser is made of metal, so the pre-distilled water of first 10-15 hours must tested before using. And every time before using 30 minute’s pre-distillation is needed.

e.       After using, water must be drained off and keep the device dry and clean.

f.        The hoses for the device should be prepared.

Notes

a.       Keep water pressure stable in order to guarantee distilling results, While working the steam valve should be wide open.

b.       Water can not be off or the level lower than heating pipe.

c.       The scale deposit should be cleaned often.

d.       The device cannot be used in wet situation or water when the electrical parts in working.

e.       The inner diameter of hoses should not be smaller than those of the joints’ inner of the device. The hose cannot be coiled or extrude

f.        The drainage pipe or distilled water pipe should not be over long, The water outletr eannot be put in water .

A.      Introduction

It applies to make distilled water for medicine and sanitation, chemical industry, science research companies and laboratories.

E. Operation Guid

1. Firstly, turn on the water out valve (10)

2. Then turn on the water in valve (5), let the water through the condenser (3), backwater tube (2), funnel (12), then into the evaporator (7). Turn off the water until we can see the water level from the observation glass (6).

3. Use the same voltage as the machine required, and also make the ground wire of jack to the ground safely.

4. After power indicator displays, the machine begins to heat. When the water begins to boil, let in some water again to the evaporator. Control the temperature of distilled water with the going up temperature of water (through controlling a given of amount water).

F . Attentions

1. This kind of machine is made of metal materials, so before using, you need clean it first, then evaporate it advanced for 2 hours, until the distilled water quality conforms with the standards. Every time before using, you need also evaporate it advanced for 30 minutes, then the distilled water could be used.

Note:

1.       Advanced evaporating follow operation guide.

2.       If the machine is out of water or the water level is lower than the heating tube, it will make the heating tube damage.

3.       The bottom is installed in electric parts, so do not make it work in water or in damp environment.

4.       If do not make the hydraulic pressure stable, it will in effect the distilled effect.

G. Installation and Maintenance

1. It should be installed in stable platform.

2.The source should be tap water.

3. The rubber tubes should be uniform with the machine’s tubes.

4. Water out tube and distilled water tube should not be to long. In order not to touch the distilled water, do not make the tube outlet in the water.

5. After using, let out all water and clean it. Make sure it dry and clean.

H. Storage and Movement

Make it in 20℃---40℃ shadow and dry environment.
